Not just about this particular decision, but also his continuing use of the Patriot Act and warrantless wiretapping even while trumpeting his much improved open government. Open compared to the Bush years is true, however, not too open really. I am certain my cynicism came through and I did ask for a reply. I'll let you know if I get one.
